When is someone going to just 'stone him' already ;-)
Is he really going to turn out to be Alan's dad? Intrigue upon intrigue.
The thing that caught me is how no one heard the moaning before they did. I suppose with that loud singing, no one could think straight.
Yet another fine addition, team.
Fantastic work.
That was an episode fraught with drama. Nice to hear your voice. I could understand everything now. It's much louder now. Did you do something about the volume? It was good! Thanks for sharing!
He really is Alan's dad Anne. That's why he just can't stop saying "Stone me". This information totally overwhelms him. Poor Drake! To think they are best friends. After all there is only 16 years between them.
I'm pleased that you could hear everything this time Reader Wil. I hope that you are able to hear the others as well.
Thank you, both of you, for visiting and listening.
Stone me!
I know I keep saying this and I don't know if it is me or not but your voices get more expressive and every episode gets better. You had my interest that time for sure!
I enjoyed working on this dramatic episode. It was a lot of fun!
Welcome new listeners. Enjoy the past and future episodes!
Interesting and well acted. Having only listened to one prior I think they both sounded equally as good! =]
Its really growing and developing. Great stuff! Stone me!
Jim, thanks. The recordings are a lot of fun. And after editing and adding the sound effects everything just comes to life. Helen and David work for hours and hours intensively to get things as perfect as it can be.
Jed, you are such a big part of Middle Ditch. Without Farmer Drake things could not be the same.
Helene, thanks for listening. A lot is going on in Middle Ditch. The story begins with a recycling debate and continues from there. There is sibling rivalry, murder, infidelity and now a child Drake didn't know he had. Whatever next!
Aggie, you must have posted as I was writing! Stone me!!
She looks like Jessica Tandy? LOL! Another wonderful episode of humor and drama.
LOL. The combination of song and moaning and collapse was perfectly timed and hilarious.
Dear Middle Ditch,
You and your team are so dedicated, I don't know how to find all the time! Keep going you are doing such a good job and have quite a following by the look of it. All the best.
David
Took a while to load but still enjoyed it again after having missed a bit. Keep on saying stone me haha What a surprise that must be to find out you're somebodies dad.
I'm here :D
am going to listen to it!
STONE ME!! To me this was one of the best episodes yet! I am not one these people who laughs loud-even when I laugh a lot-but when it got to the part of "and you look like Jessica Tandy" I was laughing so hard i was afraid of waking the neighbors-great work all of you-here is wishing all of you the best from Arizona!
This is wonderful, I especially loved the singing renditions. I was laughing aloud with delight...Looking forward to the next installment, Monique, Yay!
Your voices are so expressive. Very funny (and revealing) episode.
Stone me! That was good.
Ricardo, Jed first sang this when he had one too many. Too good to let go, so I used it with Jed's permission.
Charles, song, moaning, collapse AND then those three, Drake, Barbara and Howard are re-arrested. We all know that Cassidy was eaten by Drake's pigs, so how on earth could his body be found on Drake's farm? Or is it Cassidy? We'll find out soon.
David, thanks for commenting. I can never get enough of reading them.
Marja, it's great to see you here again. You have been missed.
Alright Doreen, I hope that you enjoy listening.
Devin, I'm delighted that you liked this one so much. They do say that laughter is the best medicine, don't they? Good to know that you enjoyed this episode.
CLS, Jeremy did a great job singing that song. When I first heard it I nearly collapsed with laughter. As I said earlier, I just had too use it.
Nessa, thanks for commenting. It is getting much more professionally too with Helen and David doing such an excellent job editing and adding sound effects.
SJ, thanks. Cool. Your comments are always appreciated. I saw that you have a new post and I'm on my way soon to have a laugh at that one because they are always very funny.
Stone me!
Lovely. Well done everyone.
PS. I'm not entirely sure I'll ever be able to hear 'Sandy' again without thinking of this *grin*
Michelle, yes it's a funny song. Thanks for commenting.
what drama ..
what a hoot!
the singing and the moaning ..

I'm going with the majority people here and say "stone me"! :-)
It's a very interesting and full of drama episode!
Yes, I like this episode and am delighted that other listeners do too. Well done everyone involved!
This one is indeed full of drama.... I can't wait to find out wat happens next!
I like Jed singing, hahhhaaahaa :-D
Foam, this one was a joy to write. And great fun recording.
IcyCucky, It's great seeing you here.
Thank you both for listening
Bboo, I will visit you soon again. Thanks for the comment, I like Jed's singing too.
Let's see, the body on Drake's farm can't be Cassidy's can it? I mean the pigs got to it by Episode 2, right? So, I'm thinking there's a new crime afoot.
Funny that you should write yourself into the hoosegow:-)
Hi Monique
We up my hearing aids each visit. I hope one day I'll be able to listen to the show and understand it. I can hear most of ordinary conversation but recorded shows, poems, etc...the sound gets too distorted. I'm eager to see what mischief Middle Ditch folk are up to. Thank you for always taking time for my blog even when I can't support yours. The few times I've seen a script, I've loved your show!!!!
Ex.Dell, funny old world, isn't it. We are all gob smacked by this development and haven't got a clue as to what is going on. We know that it can't be Cassidy as he was indeed eaten by Drake's pigs. So who is it? Sir John? Phew! We will find out sooner or later.
Hoosegow, lovely word.
Pris, thanks for the visit. I understand your problem and it's fine as MD will be here for as long as the internet exist. This gives you all the time in the world to catch up on all the happenings in this weird little Dorset village. And anyway, I always like to visit your blog.
nice to hear you as Barbara ;)
v. nice.
Thanks Ruela
Glad I got to hear a new episode! Oh, and the new rendition of "Sandy" is nearly ready for the West End, I think :).
Hi Marylin, it's nice seeing you here. Have you been following the story? Anyway, I shall tell Jeremy that his song is ready for the West End. He will be pleased.
Very, very amusing. I've been saying 'Stone Me' all morning. It's driving my wife crazy. :)

Hey David, I'm sure they will. It even surprised me .... totally!
Brilliant program . Yes the world of gluten free is a bizarre one. Haribo sweets seem to be the best locally, quite happy to test those for my mum!
Thanks for the visit Fizz and good luck with your mum
Wow! That was fantastic. Things are moving quickly. Have to rush off to hear the next one!
