Yea David, I agree. This episode was originally written for a book, which comes out in march. I slightly changed the script to make it into a serial for the internet. I hope that it will get many followers.

Well, it's starting off with a bang. This village has an attitude already.

X. dell, welcome to Middle Ditch, quirky tales of village life.

Wow; where will blogs and technology take us? I'll be back to continue the story . . . but how did you find me??

Middle Ditch said...

tut-tut, somehow I found you, but can't quite remember how. Thank you for your comment.

Yay, Howard. Boo, Cassidy. Recycle Cassidy into Soylent Green.

Nessa, yes, Cassidy is not very nice, is he?

Catching up on my Middle Ditch so I can know the whole story. That man had to be disposed of and placed with the pigs.

Middle Ditch said...

Indeed Ricardo.

Um, I am not sure what to say. I guess first off, once I cued into the slight differences of inflection that seperates our common language, I very much enjoyed this first episode. I have never come across an all audio blog before. This idea is so very cool.

Middle Ditch (I take it that is the Villiage's name) is the small town I live in here in Maine. Only we have yet to throw the bums out. We are making progress, but sometimes I wonder.

Thanks for stopping by my blog with the encouragement to continue the story. I did and oddly I wrote it before tuning in here. Seems we might be on congruent planes.

Again, excellent. I will follow up by catching up with episodes 2 through some number-teen.

We all share the same air. It makes sense we should all share the same concerns.

mrmacrum, Middle Ditch is indeed the name of this very small Dorset village.

I'm really pleased that you like this first episode.

It may take me a little bit but I plan on getting caught up.

This is really cool!

Toni, it's a good thing I occasionally check all my episodes, or I might have missed you.

Thanks for taking the trouble to listen from episode one. I hope that you catch up with the story.

A lively first episode Monique, well done!

Middle Ditch said...

Thanks Dale. We are planning to add proper sound effects. Mine are okay but the real thing is better

I rather enjoyed your premier episode - any village willing to take on Mugabe and promote a greener world is OK in my books!

I'll try and get caught up on your episodes over the next month or so - keep up the good work. Also, I admire your DIY approach.

Westcoast Walker, thank you for visiting and the compliment.
